Czech Heritage Language Society of Edmonton

The Czech Heritage Language Society of Edmonton was founded in 2019 by a group of Czech-Canadian parents with a vision to bring together the next generation of Edmonton's thriving Czech community through learning the language and celebrating Czech heritage.

For the 2021-22 School Year, we hold classes at the priMED Mosaic Centre, 2003 91 St SW, Edmonton, AB, most Saturdays from 9:30 - 11:30 AM.  Come try us out or contact us for more information.

We offer other fun programming including Pohádkový les, picnics in the park, holiday celebrations and other gatherings. We are the proud owners of one of the largest Czech libraries in Alberta featuring more than 200 books for kids and adults.  This year we are also piloting online classes for adults.

Please note: the school observes all COVID-19 measures including masking policy, sanitation protocols, and social distancing.
